Day... Oh well: 10,000 STRONG!

I've been using my iPhone (and apps) as a pedometer for a couple of weeks now. Today is the first day that I reached my 10,000 steps goal!! It's both easier and harder than one would think to reach that goal. I can easily break 6,000 with just my normal about of activity, but pushing to 10k means I have to do more than my normal wake-up and go to work. I need to take extra breaks to go refill my waterbottle. I need to plan an extra walk (or two or three) throughout my day. On the upside, just my increasing my steps, I'm sleeping better. My insomnia is not gone (yet) and I still wake up at least once or twice in the night, but I feel tired. Right now, I feel tired. This is big. So I'm going to keep working on reaching 10k a day. Once that becomes easy, I will set a higher goal.

 Also, I'm using these apps to encourage my step count.
