Month 2 - Week 2 - Day 1: Three Pounds

I lost three pounds this past week! That puts me at 145lbs. I started Medifast on January 6th and weighed 160lbs. 


As far as getting stuff done today... I did nothing. I've been doing really well the past week, and getting about three things done each day. Today, I took a day off and did nothing. I hadn't planned on doing nothing. But it feels good, and taking a day off once in awhile is fine.

Tomorrow, I will get back to working on my goals.

Today's Goals (DAY OFF)

  1. Revise 15 pages of the Manuscript
  2. Write up revision changes for Manuscript
  3. Read one chapter of "The Time Traveler's Guide to Medieval England"
  4. Work on outline for the Guild Post
  5. Do 2 pattern repeats for Clapotis
  6. Free write new story
  7. Attempt AC boss battle
