Month 2 - Week 1 - Day 5: Goal Tracking

Yesterday's Unfinished Goals (I figure it's a good idea to track what I don't do and how many days in a row I don't do it.)
  1. Make a quick outline for the Guild Post - STARTED, not finished
  2. Revise 15 pages of the Manuscript
  3. Attempt AC boss battle
  4. Free write new story idea
  • Bonus - I emailed a company I contracted with about not receiving my tax paperwork. They responded that since I made less than $800 from them, I don't need any tax paperwork. (It makes me sad that I didn't even make $9,000 last year. On the upside, my taxes will be much less than I thought. On the downside, I still don't have the money to pay them -.-)
Today's Goals
  1. Revise 15 pages of the Manuscript  - DONE 
  2. Write up revision changes for Manuscritp
  3. Email Job Recruiter back  - DONE 
  4. Work on outline for the Guild Post
  5. Read one chapter of gladiator book  - DONE (I read two! Again!)
  6. Do 2 pattern repeats for Clapotis
  7. Free write new story idea

Lean & Green - Chicken Breast (that was not very good and left me feeling very unsatisfied, and worse, my tastebuds unsatiated) with a Spinach and micro Kale salad

Confession time - I think I'm slightly breaking plan. I'm trying almond milk again, but I really hate the taste of almonds. I bought the vanilla flavored (unsweetened) but it was still kind of like drinking an almond, so I bought the sweetened vanilla, and that is actually not that bad (It's a little too sweet, though). I'm not drinking very much. Maybe a 1/4 a day and only if I want something sweet. So instead of reaching for a candy or popcorn, I have a sip of the sweetened milk, and that satisfies the craving.

I'm also drinking my black tea again, I'm using stevia instead of sugar (I tried Splenda, but it tastes awful to me) and I'm using 2% lactose free milk (1-2 tsps). I'm limiting myself to 1 cup a day.

If, when I weigh in on Monday, my weight-loss has stalled then I will cut these things back out of my diet, but right now,  I'm enjoying them. I really missed drinking tea. I'm on this diet to get healthy, and get to a healthy weight, and if I can have tea and sweetened almond milk (and still get results) then I'll be very happy. So right now, I'm drinking them in moderation, and waiting to see if I have a negative reaction.

Oh!!! Also, this is the second Thursday that I have not taken a shot of Embrel, and I'm still not feeling any TRAPS symptoms!!!
