Month 2 - Week 1 - Day 1: Twelve

In 28 days, this is how much I changed. It may not look like much to some people, but to me there are some amazing changes. My tummy is a bit flatter, my thighs and face are thinner, and my arms lay closer to my body. The best change though-- I'm smiling now. I started the 28 day January challenge weighing 160 lbs, and as of today I weight 148lbs. That's 12 pounds I've lost. my next goal is to get under 140lbs (138lbs, I'm looking at you!) 

Today marks the start of another 28 day challenge. Here's to hoping that I lose another 12 pounds!
