I worked my usual 7am morning shift at the retail job. Then I got home and babysat my two-month-old niece.
She hates bottles. She hates sleeping. If she is sleeping, she hates not being rocked... constantly. Today, she also needed the addition of me signing while she slept.
I am so tired.
I'm pretty sure I ate all my Medifast meals... I think I may have eaten them on schedule.
I just took my sleeping pills because even though I'm so tired, I still have insomnia. I will have insomnia until I start running regularly again, and the longer the runs the better. But my hip still hurts. I wonder if it will ever stop hurting.
I forgot to post yesterday (another bad side-effect of my two weeks of bouncing on and off the plan. I bounced on and off my blogging.). I grabbed the dachshund and took him on a 35 minute walk. He was tired and smiling at the end. I was not really tired, but it felt good to know I walked. I had hoped to walk today, but baby, and no stroller. Maybe tomorrow, I will go on another walk. OH!! I downloaded an app by the Zomibes, Run! people. It's called The Walk. I am a spy. I'm looking forward to playing with the app more.
