Goodbye... for now?


Here is a list a foods that I eat regularly. I am saying goodbye (at lease for now... I hope) to some of these. Although, if I discover gluten/lactose/sugar intolerance is what irritates my TRAPS Syndrom than I suppose this will be a goodbye forever.
  • Pizza
    • Little Ceaser Pan Pan or Deep Deep Dish
    • Little Ceaser Cheese Stuffed Crazy Bread
  • Hamburgers from Five Guys (and their French Fries)
  • Black tea with a packet of stevia and milk
  • Ham and Cheese Sandwiches
  • Apples
  • Bananas
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Bacon
  • Havarti Cheese
  • Toast with Butter
  • Sourdough bread with pomegranate jam
  • Steal Cut Oatmeal with brown sugar and milk (or Condensed Milk)
  • Eggs over-easy, with a slice of white bread or a Tortilla
  • Tortillas with butter
  • Beef Stew
  • Soba noodles with Ceaser salad dressing
  • Baby Spinach salad with Ceaser dressing
  • Panera Ceaser Sandwich (no onions, no tomatoes)
  • Noosa Brand Yogurt with Quinoa 

Food I eat, even though I admit other stuff tastes better and I know they aren't healthy...

  • Top Ramen, which I just recently started to eat again. It's a quick meal when I don't want to cook
  • Mac and Cheese (I love the spiral, White Cheddar
  • Garadellies Dark cholate and caramel squares
  • Orville Redenbacher's Light Popcorn (when I was at the hight of my depression this last year, I was eating a bag a night)
